Tuesday Time Out

Celtic Knot Mandala

Take  some time out of your day to be kind, not only to those around you but also to yourself, especially in the current uncertain and stressful times.

Tuesday is about doing something creative; this doesn’t necessarily mean attempting to learn a new language or gaining an obscure skill overnight. Don’t put that kind of pressure on yourself. Start with small, simple things that actually bring you joy and help you relax.

Try journaling,  it can be a very liberating experience to get in touch with your thoughts and lay them down on a piece of paper. Think about the activities that served as creative outlets for you in the past and relish the fact that you are now able to revisit them. Before our lives go back to normal, whenever/ whatever that may be, we can all use the spare time we have on our hands wisely. But do remember that this is not a productivity contest and remember to have fun. Think about making a card for someone you miss.

Here’s a mandala card  template by Creativity for  the Soul to download and perhaps colour in  and keep or decorate  and post. Have fun!
