“I was so tired of looking outside for things to fill me up. I used food as a way to punish myself, eating too much then eating nothing. This is from a photo of me taken when I had been released from rehab and I weighed 5 stones. This is me looking inside for answers, not looking to chocolate or men or sex. Letting go of addictions and urges, a kind of purging.”
